Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19,. 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that- all i
referonces to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorpoirated by reference herointo shall be construed to mean the. Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined heroin. Borrower aclmowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. ~
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option vwthin twenty years
