THE SUBSTITUTION OF GORDON~BURMEISTER AS ADMINISTRATOR OF THE

ESTATE OF ARVELLA BURMEISTER AS PLAINTIFF, and the Court having
.considered the same and being otherwise advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that GORDON BURMEISTER, as
Administrator of the Estate of ARVELLA BURMEISTER, is substituted
as the Plaintiff in all respects for the above-styled cause.
