This cause came on for trial the 21st day of February, 1979, and the
.Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds, determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of.this suit;
that the relation. of husband and wife nor exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be .
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND AAIUDQ~ AS FOLLOWS : '
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JOYCE AI~IIV WEST and
PHILLIP N. WEST be and the same is. hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrinany heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2.PROPF.RTY. The Separation and Property Agreement admitted into evidence
is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply
with the provisions thereof.
3.. JBRISDICTIQN. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
~ retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
