'ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE AND
ORDER OF CONTEMPT -
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 19th day of
~e~s~srz - ,19~~, on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause snot
and the Court .being fully advised
in the premises, it is,
ADJUDGED that EUGENE MACKEY had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of will-
ful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is,
-OttDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
EUGENE MACKEY is hereby sentenced to servethirtydays ( 30)
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing autx~

PR04IDED, HOWEVER, he may. purge himself (either before or after

incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 962.00 (arrears

~ due as of the 19th day of February ,19 79 to the Clerk of the

Circuit Court of this County, together with costs of his arrest. You and
your duly authorized deputies_are therefore,
ALL AND SINGULAR OF-THE SHERIFFS are directed to take into custody
the said .EUGENE MACREY and deliver him to the
Sheriff of St.-Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above de-
scribed judgme:~t and sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this
Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
