FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION
OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came to be heard before this Court upon
the Husband's Petition for~Dissolution of Marriage and
the Court having heard the testimony, minds as follows:
(1) That the Petitioner, STEVE ANDERSON, has been-
. a resident of the State- of Florida for. more than six
months prior to the filing of 'the Petition.
(2) That jurisdiction has been properly obtained
over the Wife through constructive service.
(3) That the marriage is irretrievably broken.
(4) That the Wife, .LINDA ANDERSON, is the-best
person to have the custody and control of the minor child,
STEVE JOEL ANDERSON, JR., and the Husband, STEVE ANDERSON,
be given reasonable visitation rights with the minor child,
STEVE JOEL ANDERSON, JR.
(5) That a default be entered against the :~Tife/
Respondent for failure to appear at trial of this cause.
(6) That the Husband continues to have a duty to'
support the minor child, STEVE JOEL ANDERSON, JR., and
shall henceforth pay $10.00 a week for the support of
