HomeMy WebLinkAbout2502 ~ WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) The marriage between STEVE ANDERSON and LINDA
ANDERSON be and the same is~hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them.-are hereby freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing, between them and.from
the obligations arising therefrom.
(2) That the Wife/Respondent is granted full custody
and control over the minor child born as issue of this
marriage, to-wit -STEVE JOEL ANDERSON, JR., with reason-
able visitation rights being granted to the Husband, STEVE
ANDERSON. ~ -
(3) That a default be entered against the Wife/Respon-
dent for failure to appear at the trial of the above-styled
cause.
(4) That the Husband/Petitioner, STEVE ANDERSON, shall .
pay the sum of $10.00 per week for the support of the minor
child, STEVE JOEL ANDERSON, JR., and this amount shall continue -
until the minor child reaches the age of 18 years of age. There
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory cost to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk of this Court. All
payments-shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk.

~ of this Court advised of their mailing and residanoe addresses
at all times.
(5) That this Court retains jurisdiction-over this
cause and over the. parties hereto for .the purposes of deter-
mining future child support, visitation rights and any
further matters which may be proper.
