ORDER MODIFYING CHILD SUPPORT
Upon consideration of the petition of the wife for. a modification of
child support, and after notice and hearing, and upon consideration of all
evidence presented, the Court finds that the circumstances of both petitioner
and respondent have both changed substantially, and that the needs of the minor
child, LEE ANNA HURST, have increased. It is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:--
1. The petition of the wife for an increase in child support is granted.
Respondent husband, DAN LEE HURST, shall pay to the wife, the sum of
One Hundred Sixty ($160.00) Dollars per month after date hereof.
2. Upon the minor child having reached the age of 18 years, all requirements
of the respondent husband to support LEE ANNA HURST shall cease..
3. The--Court further finds and awards to the petitioner wife the sum of

~ One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars to apply towards .her-attorney's fee.
