NOTICE OF APPEAL
NOTICE IS HBREBY GIVEN that the Husband, VINCENT R. GORHAM, JR.,
appeals to the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Fourth District of
Florida, a Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage, dated the 27th
day of November,~1978, which Final Judgment was not rendered until the
timely Motion for Rehearing was denied on February 5, 1979, which Order
.denying said rehearing was recorded in Official Record Book 302, at
page 2655, on the 6th day of February, 1979.
The nature of that portion of the Final Judgment of Dissolution of
Marriage constituting this appeal is that portion of said Final Judgment
of Dissolution of Marriage which awarded to the Wife's attorneys the -
sum of $10,000.00 as an attorney's fee. _ -
I HEREBY~CERTIFY that a true copy of the foregoing was mailed to
