No vehicles o any type not properly licensed and togged and in .running condi-
tion shall be stored on any lot or right of way. "No owner .shall have more than 2 cars
~ parked on premises at any given time, exclusive of guests. -

No lot may be fenced, except with chain link fence and metal post.
M. TIE DOWNS •
No mobile ome may be pplaced on a lot unless it is tied down in compliance with
the insurance code and laws of.the State of Florida.
