PARTIAL RELBASB OF MORTGAGB
KNOW ALL MBN BY THBSB PRBSBNTS, Whereas, Bay Colony of Stuart, Inc. by
indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 10th day of November A.D. 1977,
and recorded in the office of•the Clerk of the Circuit Court in. and for
the County of St Lucie ,State of Florida, in O.R. Book 277,
Page 334 and modified by Modification Agreement between the parties,
dated December 4, 1978 and recorded in O.R. Book 299 Page 289 ,granted
and conveyed unto FIRST FBDBRAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIBRCB and assigns, the preaises therein particularly described, to
secure the~paymeat of the sum of SBVBN HUNDRBD THOUSAND AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($700,000.00) with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHBRBAS the said BAY COLONY OF STUART, INC. has requested the said
FIRST FEDBRAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIBRCB to release the
premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises,
from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, THERBFORB, KNOW YB, That the said FIRST•FEDBRAL SAVINGS-AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIBRCB, as well in consideration of the premises as
the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable consideration dollars,
to it in hand paid by the said BAY COLONY OF STUART, INC. at the time of
the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, relase, quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and
operation of said mortgage unto the said BAY COLONY OF STUART, INC.,.
their heirs and assigns, all that pierce, parcel or tract-of land, being
a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Lot 26, BAY COLONY OF STUART; according to the plat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,
in Plat Book-19 ,Page

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said BAY
COLONY OF STUART, INC. and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and dis-
charged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof;
Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in-
anywise~impA~r;~alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of
the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises,
not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the _
holder thereof.
I1V WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee by its duly authorized officers,
