PETITION FOR ORDER
AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
Petitioner, SARAH ANN STOECKEL,~alleges:
1. That she is the personal representative of_the above
Estate.
- 2. That part of the assets of this Estate consist of the
following-described real property:
,Apartment C-1 (204) of the COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS
N0. 1, according to the Declaration of Condominiums f
. recorded in 0. R. Book 187, pa a 769, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as amended by
-that certain instrument dated November 30, 1970, and
recorded in 0. R. Book 188, page 1748, of the Public is
Records of St.-Lucie County, Florida, together with
all appurtenances thereto, together with an undivided
_ interest in the common elements and limited common
elements thereof.
3. Petitioner considers that it is expedient,.necessary
and to the best interest of the Estate to sell the above-described
property to~provide funds for the payment of costs of administration
and to prepare for final distribution of this Estate.
- ~ 4. Although Petitioner has been trying to sell said property
for $32,000.00, many offers have been received, the highest of which

~ has-been for $30,000.00 cash.

~ WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that an Order
be entered authorizing her to sell said property on the terms and
conditions set forth above.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
