- This cause cane on for trial this date, and the Court having.
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter~ines~ This
Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and subject setter of this suit=
that the relationship of husband and.vife now exists beti+~sen the parties=
that the carriage betxeen the parties_is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJImGED as folloxs~
1. DISSOLfPION OF MARRIAGE. The carriage between-JUSTIN E.
BRIDENDOLPH and CYNTHIA G. BRIDFNDOLPH be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing betireen them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The Separation Agreement betxeen the parties
and admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
€ and the parties are ordered to cosply xith the provisions thereof.
3. RESTORATION OF NAME. CYNTHIA G. BRIDENDOLPH be and she is
hereby authorized to assure her former name of CYNTHIA GAIL STUHR and to
use the sale in all respects as if said sarriage~:ha~d not intervened.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
