ROGER L. FLOYD, Hi~SBAND DISSOLUTION OF CARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial before me on this 23rd day of
February, 1979 and the Court having heard the evidence finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the -
sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband
and wife now exists between the parties and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between ROGER L.
- FLO!rD and CNARLErIE M. FLOYD be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CHILD CUSTODY: The custody of Boger L. Floyd, Jr., and
Rebecca Mae Floyd, the minor children of the parties, is granted
~ to -the wife with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the
husband.

3. CHILD SUPPORT: The husband shall pay to the wife as child
support the sum of ~ 40.00 each and every week for the support of
~ the minor children until such time as Roger, L. .Floyd, Jr., rea ches
his majority and ~ 20.00 each and every week thereafter until Rebecca
tie Floyd reaches her majority. Said payments shall be made to the

~ Clerk of this Court dommencing the 2nd day of March 1979 and each
f Friday thereafter and shall be remitted promptly by the Clerk to

• the .wife. In addition there is hereby assesed the sum of 2.00
as costs to be added to each payment made to the clerk. All payments
