Mortgage, may make Futuro Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with iatensf thereon, shall be secured by the
Mortpge when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are second hereby. At ao time :hall the principal
amount of the indebtedness secured by the Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aooordaaoe herewith to protect the

22. Release. Upgn payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage. Leader shall release this Mortpga without charp
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all cosh of recordation. if any. '
