TttIS INDENTURE, Made the 25th day of October , 19 78,
between
T8S LOYAS 8ti NETTLETON COMPANY, a Connecticut corporation,
hereinafter called the Grantor, which term shall be construed as
si:~gular or plural, as the context may require, and SECRETARY-OF
HOUSXNG AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, of Washington, D. C., hereinafter
called the Grantee, which term, shall include the successors and
assigns of the Grantee; -
WITNESSETH, That the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of
$10.00, paid by the Grantee to the Grantor at or before the delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed, and by these sents does ,

ments, fixtures, and appurtenances .thereunto belonging, or in anywise
appertaining. This deed is an absolute conveyance of title to the -
Grantee named herein,-both in effect as well as in form, and is not
intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance,-or security of any kind. .
TO BAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises uato the Grantee
and his successors and assigns to their use, benefit, and behoof for-
ever, and the: Grantor does hereby specially warrant the title to said
land, and.~will defend the same against the lawful claims of all -
