NOTICE OF LIEN FOR PAYMENT OF
COMPENSATION AND MEDICAL BENEFITS
AETNA CASUALTY AND SURETY COMPANY, a Workmen's Compensatio
Carrier for the Employer of the Plaintiff, FAVIAN LEE BROWN PICANO,
pursuant to 440.39 (3)(a) of the Florida Statutes, gives notice that
FAVIAN LEE BROWN PICANO was in the course of her employment with the
employer, CITIZENS SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, when she was injured
at the time and place alleged in .the Complaint filed in this cause,
and AETNA CASUALTY AND SURETY COMPANY has paid to the Plaintiff,
FAVIAN LEE BROWN PICANO, various sums of money for Workmen's Compen-

sation and medical benefits and that it is probable that future
compensation and medical benefits under the Florida Workmen's Compen-
sation Act will be paid to the Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE, AETNA CASUALTY .AND SURETY COMPANY claims a lien
- upon any recovery by the Plaintiff for the full amount of benefits
previously paid to-the Plaintiff under Florida Workmen's Compensation
Act as well as the full amount of the benefits to be paid in-the
future under the provisions of the Act.-
