TEMPORARY ORDER
This cause was heard after notice, on February 23, .
1979, upon the petitioner's demand for temporary relief while
this cause is pending. The Court having heard the et-idence
presented and the arguments of the attorneys for the parties,
and being fully advised, it is .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Sole custody of the minor children, EMERSON NETTLES
HINDS, NIOLA LACRETTA HINDS and RASHONDA ALRETHA HINDS, is
awarded. to the petitioner, ALICE HINDS. '
2. The respondent, RAWLE EMERSON HINDS, is ordered to
pay to the petitioner, ALICE HINDS, the total. sum of $90.00

per week for the support of the children, EMERSON NETTLES HINDS,
NIOLA LACRETTA HINDS and RASHONDA ALRETHA HINDS, said payments
to commence on . Z + 1 S ? 5
~ 3. The Court reserves ruling on petitioners motion for
attorney's fees and costs pending-final hearing in this cause. -
4. The petitioner is awarded sole and exclusive use
and occupancy of the family dwelling located at 1202 Avenue H, ~
Apt. B, Fort Pierce, Florida, together with all household
furnishings, fixtures, appliances, equipment and housewares ~
contained therein.
~ 5. The respondent, RAWLE EMERSON HINDS, is ordered to

remove himself and his personal effects from the dwelling
occupied by the petitioner and the children of the parties,
located at 1202, Avenue H, Apt. B.,~Fort Pierce, Florida, on
