THIS CAUSE having come on to be herd on the Complaint
for Annulment of the purported marriage of TERRI LYNN FELLER ROBERTS,
a minor, and TRACY DEAN ROBERTS, and the Court. having found that it
has jurisdiction of all parties and a Default having been entered
against TRACY DEAN ROBERTS; and~the Court having considered the
evidence and testimony and being fully and well advised, finds as
follows:
j 1. That at the time of the purported marriage of the

parties TERRI LYNN FELLER was not of sufficient age to consent. to
the marriage; .

marriage was obtained through duress and coercion of her parents;
3. That there are.no children of the purported marriage
and none are anticipated;
4. That the subject purpor:.e~i marriage was and is void
ab initio. It is therefore
ORDERED ANP ADJUDGED as follows:
