ORDER
THIS CAUSE was heard on the 26th day of January, 1979,
upon the Motion for~Contempt previously filed herein by the attorney
for the Wife, OSBORNE WALKER O'QUINN, and the Respondent, JOHNNY
DOWIS, having failed to appear ,after being properly served with
Notice and Motion as set forth above, the said attorney having
appeared in person in open Court, and the Court having found that
J the Respondent, JOHNNY DOWIS, has violated the terms of the Final
Judgment of this Court dated December 8, 1978, by his failure to
pay attorney's fees in the amount of $387.50 and is, therefore,
adjudged guilty of willful contempt of this Court for his willful
.failure to pay the sum set forth above pursuant to the Final Judgment,
a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, -
it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt, JOHNNY
DOWIS is~hereby sentenced to serve - days. in the St. L cie

r County-Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on d~e~ry ~ 1979.
Provided, however,~he may purge himself within ten days from the date
of this Order and be released by paying the sum of $387.50, due~as of
this date to the Sheriff of Ht. Lucie County, together with costs of .
his arrest. Said payment shall be remitted promptly by the Sheriff
to OSBORNE WALKER O'QUINN, 201 South 2nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida
