CASE N0. 78-890-FR IN-RE: The Marriage Of NAN DOWIS, Wife, and JOHNNY DOWIS, Husband. - / FINAL JUDGMENT - - DISS IAGE THIS CAUSE came-on for trial on the 5th day of December, 1978, and the .Court-having given full consideration to all~the evidence, finds and determines:. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that-the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between ,the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTIOrJ OF MARRIAGE. Tlie marriage between NAN DOWIS and JOHNNY DOWIS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever-freed from the bonds of matrimony - heretofore existing between them-and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of TAMMY LYNN DOWIS, age 7 years, and JOHN EDWIN DOWIS, age 3 years, minor children of the parties and the minor - j children of the parties-which is presently expected to be born in June, M - - 1979, shall be and it is hereby awarded to NAN DOWIS with reasonable -visitation rights reserved to JOHNNY DOWIS. - 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 8th day of December, 1978, JOHNNY DOWIS shall pay to ~NAN DOWIS the sum of $70.00 each and every a week for the support of TAMMY LYNN DOWIS a*id JOHN EDWIN DOWIS. 4. ALIMONY. Commencing the 8th day of December, 1978, JOHNNY DOWIS shall pay to NAN DOWIS the sum of $235.00 per month each s and every month as and for permanent periodic alimony. 5. MEANS OF PAYMENT.
