alimony shall be paid to the Clerk of this Court and by him promptly
remitted to NAN DOWIS. In addition, there is hereby assessed the swn .
of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk.. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers
check. Both of the parties ire ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
order is in effect.
6. PROPERTY. The marital residence of the parties is hereby
awarded to NAN DOWIS and the Husband is hereby ordered to execute all
necessary papers to convey his interest fn said marital residence to
the Wife and to otherwise carry out the terms of this Final Judgment.
7. MEDICAL BILLS. The Husband, JOHNNY DOWIS, shall- and he
is hereby ordered to pay all medical bills incurred by_the Wife, NAN
DOWIS, for pre-natal care in the birth. of the child of the parties which
is expected in June, 1979. Said payment shall be within 90 days of
his receipt of the notice of such expense.
The Husband shall and~he is hereby ordered.to pay all
medical and dental bills incurred in the treatment which is necessary
and proper for all of the children of the parties.
8, RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby en3oined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
9. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $~~Q
to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and

JOHNNY DOWIS shall, and he is hereby ordered to pay the Wife's attorney,

~ ~OSBORNE WALKER O'QUINN, said sum together with costs herein assessed at

10.' JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause,. and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.:
