. and it appearing to the court that each of said cases is currently
an active case and therefore should not be dismissed, and the
court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED that each of the above captioned

cases shall be deleted from that list of cases which are subject
to dismissal by the Clerk of Circuit Court on February 13, 1979.
