AND CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE

Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
JOSEPH R, BRENNEN
well known to me, who first being duly sworn-and cautioned, did
depose and say as follows:
1. Your Affiant and Affiant's spouse are the owners in fee
simple, as ~an estate by the entirety, of the following described
property lying and tieing situate in St. Lucie County, _
Florida: Beginning on Ormond Avenue at the dividing line of Lots 19 and
20, in Block 52, BILTMORE-PARK: thence run in a Northeasterly direction along
the line dividing Lots 18, 19 and 20 to the Northwesterly corner.of Lot 18;
thence run in a Southeasterly direction along the Northerly line of Lot 18,
for a distance of 70 feet; thence run in a Southwesterly direction to-a point
on Ormond Avenue 70 feet Southeasterly from the point of beginning; thence run
Northwesterly along Ormond Avenue to point of beginning. Said property ~
constituting the Northwesterly 70 feet of Lot 18 and 19, in Block 52, of
~ILZ'MORE PARK as per-Plat thereof on file~in Plat Book 4, at Page 52,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. Your Affiant and Affiant's spouse acquired title to said
property by deed recorded August 2, 1966 in the Public _
Records of the County wherein said lands are situate. Your Affiant
and said spouse were married to each other on March 1, 1957
which is prior to the date of said-deed, and they have remained
married to each other continuously since that time.
