of action of any and all kinds and natures related to, or arising
out of, or connected with this agreement or the trust, and its .
. properties, or the trustees.
6. Mortgagee acknowledges that Mortgagor has taken
title to the property described in the Mortgage, subject to .the
lien held by Mortgagee, but without assumption of the indebted-
ness'secured thereby or of the performance of the covenants
contained in the Mortgage. Mortgagee further understands and
agrees .that Mortgagor, by its execution hereof, does not assume
the payment of said indebtedness nor the performance of the
~~covenants contained in the I?iortgage and, as between the parties
hereto,~Mortgagee agrees to look solely to the property de-
scribed in.the Mortgage for the payment of said indebtedness
and the performance of_all such covenants.
WITNESS the execution hereby by the parties hereto as
