and-whose Social .Security Number was 266-84-1738, died on November 27,
1978, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. _
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the
