5. LESLIE W. .SCOTT, whose address is above, and who is
qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as
• personal representative-of decedent's Estate is entitled to -
preference in appointment as personal representative because he
is the sole surviving son of the decedent and has been selected
as preference by a majority of the other interested persons qualified
to serve.

JEFFERSON D. MIMS, as attesting witnesses, accompanies this Petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner -requests that the decedent's last Will
