VOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in
Foreclosure dated February 22, 1979 in the above styled cause,
wherein THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, a New Jersey
corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida, is
Plaintiff, and FREDERICK Z. PEARSON, CHRISTOPHER B. KNOX, PEARSON
INDUSTRIES, ING., a Florida corporation, HAROLD DIAMOND, JOHN L.
LESTER and RUTH W. LESTER, his wife, and R. W. JOHNSON and HELEN
fi. JOHNSON, his wife, are Defendants named in the Complaint filed
in this cause; and wherein JOHN L. LESTER and RUTH W. LESTER, his
wife, and R. W. JOHNSON and HELEN H. JOHNSON, his wife are Cross-
~ claimants, and FREDERICK Z. PEARSON, PEARSON INDUSTRIES, INC.,

~ County Courthouse in Fort Pierce, Florida, at 11:00 A.M. on the
