CONTINENTAL ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CNICAGO,
a national banking associatiion organized and existing under the laws
of the United States,,the holder of ~hose certain mortgages (the "Mort-
yages") being more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortgage
and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCNINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgaqor") to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac- ~
• knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
,J Mortgages unto the ~lortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-
--~c~ tain ortion of the Premises encumbered by the Mortgages more
- particu arly described as follows: '
~ That certain Condominium Parcel, being IInit No. 1008 ~ a Condo-

° tions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that "De-
~~o o claration of Condominium for Hutchinson Island Club, a Condo-

Records of said County and all•Amendments thereto, including

~ o as set forth in said Declaration, as amended.

~ This instrument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and
~ ~~s security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
~ ments of record modifying or supporting said Mortgages.

~:~i TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
~;Q,~ Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and
discharged of and from the lien and security interest of the Mortgages
~ and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the ef-

~ ~ fect, lien, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mortgages on the
; remaining part of said Premises, not hereby or heretofore released
I ~,p therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
