(22) Notices given hereunder shall be sent by certified mail, unless otherwise requirod by law, and address, unless and
until some other addreu is designated in a norice so givcn, in the cax of the Government to Fumers Home Administration at
GainesviUe, Florida 32601, and in the use of Borrower to him ~t the address shown in the Farmers Home Administration
Finance Office records (which normally will be the same as the post officc address shown above).
(23) tbrrower will at all times prope~ly fertilize, cultivatc, care for, and maintain in a productive condition all the grove
.?nd orchard trees now on the propetty or hereafte~ planted thereon, and will protect the graves and orchards aRainst loss or
damage by fire by making and maintaintng proper fuebreaks on and around the property, to the satisfiction of the Government,
rnd in thc event Borrower fails so to do, the Government u hereby authorized and empowered to enter in and upon the
Qremises and to fertilize, cultivate, care for, and pl~ce in a productive condition the groves and orchards and make and maintain
tirebreaks on and around the same and the cost and eapense thereof shall be paid by Borrower immediately upon presentation
of an itemized statement thereof and if not so paid same may be paid by the Government, in accordance with and subject to
che provisions of this ~nortgage; and Borrower will not top-work the grove or orchard trees without first obt~ining the written
consent of the Government.
%24 j I[ any provision of thu instrumcnt or application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such
invalidity will not affect other provisions or applicaeions of the instrument which can be given effect without the invalid
pro~ision or application, and to that end the provisions hercof are declared to be severable-
