friends and natural guardians of the minor, JASON ARNOLD, shall
~execute a full and complete Release and Indemnity Agreement and
Satisfaction of. Judgment on behalf of said minor Plaintiff and ~
deliver same to the said Defendants; and that upon said payment,
the narents, next friends and natural guardians of the minor Plain-
tiff may receive and hold the money for the said ninor, as aforesaid.
