Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenanta 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this MoKgaqe. Borrower and Lender agree that aU
referencea to the Property~ Bamwer~ Lender and Note contained ~n the above de~cribed maat~ form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Bocrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of th: complete text of the provisions
he~b;~ :.~coiporated by reference into this Mortgage. •
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower~ I.ender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortqaqe~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgaqe when evidenced by promigsory notea stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtednesa secured by thia Mort-
gage, not including sums advanced in acc~ance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgaqe~ exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US S ~ ' -
