Such provisions as are inaorporated by reference hereinto shall be L~niform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Unifor.m Covenants 18~ 19~ 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property~ Borrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Propecty~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Bonower acknowledges~receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and aqree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower~ Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgaqe when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time. shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
qage, not including sums advanced in accoNrd~NEce herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US $ -
