THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this 27th day of February , 1979, by and between HERMAN GLAZER and MOLLIE GLAZER, his wife, Grantors, and GERALD S. JAMES and WOODROW S. SAFRIT, Grantees, WHEREAS, Grantors are seized in fee title and in possESSion of - lands lying in Sections 24 and 25, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, and those particular portions described below; and WHEREAS, Grantees are seized in fee simple for a parcel of land contiguous to the lands of Grantors; and WHEREAS, Grantors have agreed the consideration of the mutual covenants and the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable considera- tions, to Grantees, their heirs, successors and assigns, certain drain- age easement over the lands described below.
