21. Ftihre Adra~c~s. Upon requat by Borrower, Lender, at Lende~'s option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may malce Future Advanoa to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with inteoat thercon. shall be securcd by this
Mortaagc whea evideoced by promissory notes statiag that said nota are socured hercby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtodness securod by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aocordsnce henwvit6 to protect the

22. Reiea~e. Upc~n paymeat of all sums securod by this Mortgage. Lende~ shall release this Mortaage without chuge
