lying and beinq in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:

the Declaration of Condominium thereof dated the 20th day of December ,

and Exhibits attached thereto.
This conveyance is subject to the following:
l. Taxes and assessments for the year 19 79 and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easemEnts of record.
3. Any portion of the subject premises being artificially filled land
in what was formerly navigable waters, is subject to the terms, conditions, and
reservations contained in the Subcaerqed Lands Act (43 U.S.C. 1301 et. seq.). _
4. The riqhts and easements for co~erce, navigation, recreation, and
fisheries.
