receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed, has qranted, barqained and sold to the Grantee and
Grantee's heirs, successors and assiqns forever, the following described land, situate,
lying and beinq in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
Condominium Unit No. 102 of SEA PINES TOWER CONDOMINIUM, according to
the Declaration of Condominium thereof dated the 20th day of December ,
19 , recorded in Official Records Book 280 , at Page 2622 et. seq., of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together with all tne
appurtenas?ces thereto, all accordinq to the said Declaration of~Condominiinn
and Fachibits attached thereto. ~
This conveyance is subject to the followinq:
l. Taxes and assessments for the year 19 79 and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easemPnts of record.
3. Any portion of the subject premises being artificially filled land
in what was formerly naviqable waters, is subject to the terms, conditions, and
reservations contained in the Submerqed Lands Act (43 U.S.C. 1301 et. seq.).
4. The rights and easements for commerce, navigation, zecreation, and
fisheries.
5. Declaration of Condominium of SEA PINES TOWER CoNDOMINIUM dated December 20 .
19 , and recorded in Official Records Book 280, at Page2622 et. seq. of the Public Recor3s
of St. Lucie County, Florida, includinq all Exhibits thereto.
And the Grantor does hereby specially warrant the title tc said lands and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomscever, claiming by, througF:
