21. Future Ad~aoca. Upon request by Borrower, Lender. at Lendcr's option within twenty yeus from the date of this
Mortgage, may make Futun Advances to Borrowei. Such Future Advanca. with interest thereon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidencod by promissory notes stating that said notes are socurcd hereby. At no time shall the principal
amouot of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage. not including sums advanced in accordana herewith to protect the
security of this Murtgage, exceed the original amount of the Note plus USS."""'-'
22. Reiease. Upon paymeat of all sums secured by this Mortgage. Lender shall release this Mortgage without charge ~
to Borrower. Borrower shali pay all costs of recordation. if any. +
23. Attorney's Feea. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note. "attorney's [ees" shall include attomey's feas, if any, ~
which may be awarded by an appellate coun. ~
