recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property ia located and

Such provisions ag are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 throuqh 17 and ,

references to the Property. Boaower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described maater form of
mortgage and incorporated by r8ference h~einto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Boirow~ acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisiona
hersby incaporated by reference into this Mortqage. #
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borcower and Lender further covenant and aqree ;
as follows: `
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender~ at Lender's option w;thin twenty yeara
from the date of this Mortgaqe, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
intereat thereon, shall be aecured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are ~ecured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtec~.ness secured by this Mort-
qage, not includinq sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortqage~ exceed
