AGREEMENT FOR DEED

and as trustee, and T. BRENDAN RYAN, individually, and as trustee
hereinafter referred to as Sellers, and ALBERT B. PROTH and ALMA
JEAN PROTH, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Purchasers.
WITNESSETN:
That in coiisideration of the mutual promises and covenants ;
contained in this Agreement and other valuable considerations
passing between the parties to it, the Sellers agree to sell and
the Purchasers agree to buy the following described property.
situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 7, Block "A" RIVER WOODS SUBDIVISION. as
recorded in P1at Book 18, page 4, public records °

of St. Lucie County, Florida;
- SUBJECT to easements and restrictions of public ~
record which the purchasers agree to be responsible
for.
The total purchase price of the property shall be the sum
of Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($18,500.00) payable
j at the times and in the manner following:

F signing of this contract, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged

~ by Sellers; the balance of Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars

~ ($11,500.00) with interest from date at the rate of 9-1/2 percent
