THIS CAUSE, having.come on to be heard before me upon Motion
of the Plaintiffs and Cross-Plaintiffs to tax costs, and this Court
being otherwise fuliy advised in the premises, it is upon considera-
tion
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. Costs are taxed against Defendants and in favor of Plaintiffs,

and JAMES F. GRIMES and KAY C. GRIMES shall pay costs in the amount of
$~3 to JOHN M. MASCARA and SUSAN M. MASCARA, for

~ which let execution issue.
~ 2. Costs are taxed against Third Party Defendants and in favor
of Third Party Plaintiffs and JOHN H. LAMPLOUGH and MARY S. LAMPLOUGH,
