against Respondent, and the Court having considered the evidence and testimonq deter-
mines that as of February 16, 1979, RICHARD DAVID DI FRANCESCO Le in default in the
amount of $3,561.00, and a Final Judgment ie hereby entered in favor of BARBARA LEE
DI FRANCESCO against RICHARD DAVID DI FRANCESCO in the amount of $3,561.00 for which
let execution issue. It is
FUItTHBR ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent continue payments of child aupport
in the sum of $30.00 each and every week commencing Friday, February 23, 1979. Each
payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court in ca8h, cashier's check or moneq
order and by him remitted promptly to BARBARA LEE DI FRANCBSCO. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the aum of $2.00 as atautorq costs to be added to each payment made to
the Clerk. If Respondent RICHARD DAVID DI FRANCBSGO does not purge himself of his con-
