MARIA L. SWIFT, PETER E. SERRA and WENDY F. SERRA, his wife,

more particularly described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, M. E. GOLDSMITH'S
SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof ~
on file in Plat Book 2, Page 6, Public Records
