writing, closing shall take place within ~days from the date of such
notificatlon.
6. In the ev,ent either Party desires to sell, assign or transfer her ~
undivlded one-half interest in the said condominlum unit, the other Party
hereto, shall have the right of first refusal to purchase such unit at a price i

equal to one-half of the originat gross cost of the said unit. '

7. In the event of death of either Party, the surviving Party to thls ~
Agreement shall have the right to imnediately take possession of the entire ~

condominium un~t and the survjving Pahty shall further have the rjght to F
purchase from the estate of the deceased Party hereto, decedent's right, title
and interest 1n and to the aforesaid condomjnium unlt for a price equal to £

one-half of the original gross cost of such condominium unit. ~

8. If ar~y purchase of the other Party's interest is effected as set ~
forth herein, it is hereby stipulated that in the event there is in existence
a mortgage on the condominium unit owing equally by the Parties, one-half of
the outstanding prlncipal balance of the mortgage as of the date of closing shall ~
be credited towards the purchase price in consideration for the purchasing '
P~rty assuming and indemn~fying the selling Party as to such mortgage.
9. So long as the Parties hereto each own an undivided one-half interest
" in the aforesaid condominium unit, neither Party shall mortgage, pledge,

E apothecate, lien or in any way encumber her interest in said condominium unit,

~ without the express written consent of the other Party hereto.

t 10. This Agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, succe5sors, adminis-

& trators and assigns of each of the Parties hereto.
