ROBERT A. EPPERSON, joined by their wives, MARIE KREIS and GLORIA EPPERSON,
respectively, did make, execute and deliver their mortgage and note.secured
thereby (in the original principal sum of $240,OOQ.00)~to RUSSELL R. SEAL, JR.
on certain real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly ,
described in said mortgage as recorded in Officia2 Records Book 251, at page 310,
and which property is more particularly described upon Schedule "A" attached

EPPERSON, joined by their wives, I+fARIE KREIS and GLORIA EPPERSOTI, respectively, ~
and TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC., a Florida corporation, did make, execute and ?
deliver their Modification of Mortgage Agreement to RUSSELL R. SEAL, JR. encumbering ;

certain additional real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly ~
described in said modification as recorded in Official Records Book 253 at Page 2323,
and which property is more particularly described upon Schedule "B" attached ;

; WHEREAS, the principal of said mortgage has been reduced as of
~ hovember 30, 1978 to ~63,777.34, together with interest through \ovember 30,
~ 1978 in the amow~t of $244.63; and

_ WNEREAS, through various dealings between the parties, TURTLE REEF

# ASSOCIATES, INC. has become indebted further to~RUSSELL R. SEAL, JR. in the

~ principal sum of $97,328.66, together with interest through ~ovenber 30, 1978

~ in the anount of $2,848.28;

~ NOW, 77~EREFORE, for and in consideration of the swn of ~10.00 and

~ other good and valuable considerations, each to the other in hand paid, receipt
' whereof is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
