This cause came on for consideration by the Court upon the
Defendants' Motion for Foreclosure Proceeds in Excess of Legal
Disbursements and the Court having reviewed the Motion, and the
Clerk's certificate of disbursements in this cause, it is, there-
fore, '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Roger Poitras, Clerk of the above-
styled Court, shall issue a check payable to the Defendants here-
in in the amount of $712.52, minus any Clerk's fee, as the balance
' due after the lawful disbursements have been subtracted from the
4 amount of the bid in foreclosure.
