FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE .
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the 23rd day of

February, 1979, and upon the Default entered herein and upon ~
the taking of testimony, and the Court having given full ~
consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: ~

This court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject ~
matter of this action; that the relationship of husband and

wife now exists between the petitioner and respondent, and
their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, .

f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the

~ Petitioner, HERBERT B. HORNE, JR., and the Respondent, ;

~ KATHRYN HORNE, be and the same is hereby dissolved and the '

~ a. The Wife is ordered to pay to the Husband the sum

~ presently being driven by the Wife and titled in her name.
- b. The Wife is to deliver to the Husband the color
television set and the cutlery and block which were owned by

~ the Husband prior to the marriage. i

~ c. The Wife is ordered to deliver to the Husband the ~

~ pocket watch and chain which were given to the Husband by the ~

~ Wife as a wedding gift. ~
