THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon~the temporary relief as !

contained in the Petition For Dissolution of Marriage filed ~

` herein, and the parties having appeared in Court and the Court ~
having heard testimony of the respective parties and argument of ~

~ Counsel for the Wife, and the Court having been fully advised in f .
, ~ ;
the premises, it is thereupon
R
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: ;

. 1. That the primary custody of the minor children of the ~
parties, to-wit: TERESA L. REELEY and STEVEN REELEY, shall be ;
with the Wife subject to the right of reasonable visitation by
! the Husband. !
; ; 2. That the Husband, IRVIN L. REELEY, shall pay"to the Wife `
;
for the support and maintenance of the minor children of the ~
; ;
~ parties the sum of $40.00 per child per week as child support to j
' i
~ ; commence on the 9th day of February, 1979 i
i
~ 3. The Husband shall be allowed to reside in the martial ~
i residence with the Wife but to live separate and apart from the !
~ :
~ I
~ Wife, and in the event the Wife feels that the parties can no ;
~ ~
~ longer live together in the marital home, the Husband is to
~
~ ' vacate the marital home after having been so advised by the ;
~ ~ I
~ ' Wife. ~
During the period of time the Husband lives and resides I
~
~ i; in the marital home with the Wife, he shall be responsible for ~
~
~ ,
the mortgage payments that accrue on said home and to keep them ~
