ORDER
This cause coming on before the Court on all pending motions and
petitions and the Court having reviewed the file and heard counsel, finds
that GEORGIA MAE CAMPBELL is entitled to enforcement of paragraph 4 of the
Final Judgment as Amended and being fully advised therein, thereupon, it is
hereby ~
ORDERED as follows:
1. That the Motion.for Enforcement and the Petition for Appointment
of a Comnissioner and for Sale of Re~l Property Consistent therewith, be and
' the same is hereby granted. ~
j 2, That ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
~ County, Flori da, be authori zed and he is hereby di rected to take control of

~ the real estate which is the subject of this Motion, Petition and Order,
~
~ to-wit: The store and service station situated at the corner of
~ Avenue I and 25th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, referred to
` in subject cause as Lots 28 and 29, for the store, and Lot
30, less the North 5 feet, for the service station, of
MEYERHOFF'S S/D of Tract 96, pQr,plat thereof per public
~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ 3. That the Clerk shall fix the date for the sale and shall publish
~ the same au~y and according to law and sell at public outcry to the highest
~ bidder for cash, with one special provision, to-wit: That the sum,bid shall

~ not be less than the amount of the mortgages thereon.
, 4. That the proceeds therefrom be disbursed by the Clerk, first

~ to the mortgages and encumbrances against the said property, second to unpaid
