CONTINENTAL ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO,
a national banking association organized and existing under the laws
of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort-
gages") being more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortgage
and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O,R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
, considerations, the re~eipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
~ knawledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
h~ discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
e,v Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-
~-+c~ tain portion of the Premises encwabered by the Mortgages more
~ ~ particularly described as follows:

o~ That certain Condomi.nium Parcel, being Unit No. 205 , a Condo-
~ ar, minium in accordance with and subject to the covenants, condi-
tions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that "De-
a o o claration of Condominium for Hutchinson Island Club, a Condo-
minium" recorded in O.R. Book 254, page 2128, et. se Public
Records of said County and all Amendments thereto, including
~~i an undivided interest in the Common Elements of said Condominium

~~so as set forth in said Declaration, as amended.

This instrument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and
~ e~,~~s security interest of the Mortgages, and fro:n the effect of any instru-
Q~~ ments of record modifying or supporting said Mortgages.

~'w ~ Tp HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and
3~~ discharged of and from the lien and security interest of the Mortgages
i-~,~ ~ and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
! herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the ef-
~ fect, lien, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mortgages on the
` ~ q~~ remaining part of said Premises, not hereby or heretofore released
~ ° p therefrom, or any of the rights ~nd remedies of the holder thereof.
