I, Lily A. Studebaker, a resident of Prince William County, ;
~ Virginia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, ~
publish and declare, this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking
. any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made. ~

FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses '
' be paid.

SECOND: Subject to payment of debts and funeral expenses, I give,
devise and bequeath all property, both real and personal, of which I may die ,
seized and possessed to my son, Harold H. Henegar.,S+v
I hereby nominate and appoint F1. E. Edwards, of Winchester,
Virginia, as Executor of this my last will and tzstament, with full power
and authority to sell and convey any part, or parta, or all, of my estate,
both real and personal, that he may believe to be necessary in order to carry
into effect the provisions of this will, and in this connection to execute
and deliver all contracts, deeds, or other instrumen~s of writing that he may
~ deem advisable.
